About this space
Whether you're hosting a business meeting, a training workshop, a team-building session, or any gathering that requires a conducive environment for collaboration, the Lesser Hall at Mundaring Hall offers a comfortable space in the centre of Mundaring.
Outside the Lesser Hall is a covered area with mobility chair charging stations.
Important Information
The venue can only be accessed within the times booked. Your booking time must include all set up and pack up which includes all deliveries and collections.
Any bookings finishing at midnight are allowed one hour for pack-up and cleaning free of charge until 1:00 am. All music needs to be turned off at midnight.
The Hirer is responsible for opening and securing the building.

The kitchen may only be used for reheating food and no cooking is allowed on site.

600mm electric oven and four electric cooktops, range-hood, microwave oven, free standing 20-litre hot water urn, double sink, separate hand-wash basin, two island benches, and a fridge/freezer.

Accessibility - The venue has one accessible bay at the front of the Lesser Hall and ramp access to the Main Hall.
Accessible toilet and an accessible parking bay at both the main and lesser halls.
Toilets - Male, female, and accessible/unisex toilets are located in the foyer.
Accessible Toilet - The unisex toilet is accessible and has a baby change table with a nappy disposal.
Decorations
You are welcome to decorate the pavilion for your event. Please note pins, tape, or anything that would damage the pavilion walls is not permitted. Blu Tack is OK and has to be completely removed at the end of the booking.
You are responsible for leaving the facility as you found it, so all decorations must be removed.
Please no oil-based smoke machines inside or confetti, rice, or party poppers outside.

Opposite the Lesser Hall, there is a sealed and gravel verge parking area in Sculpture Park
The venue has an accessible parking bay at the front of the Main Hall and one accessible bay to the side of the Lesser Hall entry
