📌Book the inspection space for a self-guided viewing of the Mundaring Hall. Request to meet an officer for your inspection by adding a request in the booking notes (subject to Officer availability).

Use of Kitchen - The kitchen may only be used for reheating food and no cooking is allowed on site.
Kitchen Facilities - 600mm electric oven and four electric cooktops, range-hood, microwave oven, free standing 20-litre hot water urn, double sink, separate hand-wash basin, two island benches, and a fridge/freezer. Please Note: Hirers must supply own crockery, cutlery and glassware.

Accessibility - The venue has an accessible parking bay at the front of the Main Hall with a ramp for entry from Nichol Street, an electric lift to the stage, and an accessible toilet. The Lesser Hall has one accessible parking bay.
Toilets - Male, female, and accessible/unisex toilets are located in the foyer.
Accessible Toilet - The unisex toilet is accessible and has a baby change table with a nappy disposal.
Decorations - You are welcome to decorate the Hall for your event. Please note pins, tape, Blu Tack or anything that would damage the walls is not permitted. You are responsible for leaving the facility as you found it, so all decorations must be removed.
Please no oil-based smoke machines inside or confetti, rice, or party poppers.

Cleaning Equipment - Broom, dustpan and brush, mop, and bucket are located in the kitchenette

AED - No, however, one is located outside the library next door

The Hirer is responsible for opening and securing the building.
The venue can only be accessed within the booked time. Your booking time must include set up and pack up time. All deliveries and collections to and from the venue must be during the booked time.
The Hirer does not have the right to hire the Premises to a third party.
The venue must be left in a clean and tidy state.
