Chidlow Pavilion

Whether you're a sports enthusiast, a community organiser, or someone looking for a charming and scenic venue to host an event, the Chidlow Oval Pavilion offers a warm and welcoming space that combines the love of sports with the beauty of its natural surroundings. It's a place where the community comes together to celebrate, compete, and connect.

Many user groups enjoy the facility all year round and is one of two Shire venues that allow high-risk events such as birthday parties from 16 to 21 years of age.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

📌Book the Inspection Space for a self-guided viewing of the Chidlow Pavilion. Request to meet with an officer onsite for the inspection by answering the booking questions (subject to officer availability).

📌The hire of the Pavilion does not include the Oval. Please book separately.

📌Seasonal sporting clubs operate regularly at this Oval and adjoining Pavilion and, as a result, casual hire may be limited. Please see the Booking Schedule for available times. Applications which conflict with seasonal sporting codes may be declined.

HIGH-RISK EVENT INFORMATION

This venue is available to be hired for high-risk events (including 16th, 18th, and 21st birthday parties).

For high-risk events with alcohol, an alcohol permit must be completed and lodged at the time of booking. A $1000.00 SpaceProtect bond may be applied, along with other protective measures such as professional security services.

You are responsible for leaving the facility as you found it, so all decorations must be removed. Please no oil-based smoke machines inside or confetti, rice, or party poppers outside.
