Te Pai Arena is one of Auckland’s most adaptable and accessible venues, ideal for hosting unforgettable large-scale events. With capacity for over 1,000 guests, it’s the perfect blank canvas to bring your vision to life — whether you're planning a wedding, corporate conference, sporting competition, trade show, market, or exhibition.

Event Possibilities:
Our versatile space has previously hosted:

• Weddings (including Indian and Pasifika celebrations)

• Dance and sporting competitions

• Expos, fairs, and markets

• Conferences and trade shows

Pricing: Arena Hire

• $7,200 for an evening event (includes night-before pack-in)

• Includes use of 220 chairs and access to the Totara Room

• Additional equipment and furniture can be hired separately - Contact us for further information on this

• A bond for your booking will be charged this $1500 flat rate.

Bar Service

• A Special License is required for all non-member events, this comes at a fee of $250 per booking.

• Please allow up to 6 weeks for license processing; early notification is recommended

Security

• Pasifika Weddings: Spacious for cultural performances, dancing, and music; plus, exclusive catering from Fernz, featuring authentic Pasifika wedding menus
