Book the inspection space for a self-guided viewing of the Committee Room at Brown Park Community Centre.
To request to meet an officer for your inspection, please add this to your booking notes (subject to Officer availability).
Important Information
The sprung wooden floor is covered with linoleum vinyl for protection.
The venue cannot be hired for high‑risk events such as 16th, 18th, and 21st birthday parties.

Rules
Applicants must be 18 years of age or over.
The Hirer is responsible for opening and securing the building.
The venue can only be accessed within the booked time. Your booking time must include set up and pack up time. All deliveries and collections to and from the venue must be during the booked time.
Any bookings finishing at midnight are allowed one hour for pack-up and cleaning free of charge until 1:00 a.m. All music needs to be turned off at midnight.
The Hirer does not have the right to hire the Premises to a third party.
The venue must be left in a clean and tidy state.
Requests for Amusements, Bouncy Castles and Inflatables must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the booking date. Requests made within 7 business days of the booking will not be accepted.
Private Amusements, Bouncy Castles and Inflatables are not permitted at any Shire of Mundaring venue.

Five sealed accessible car bays, 93 sealed car bays directly outside, a large, sealed drop-off area, ample verge car parking along Salisbury Road and 70 sealed car bays, and two sealed accessible car bays to the south of the centre.
