About this space
$750 bond (not payable for regular hirers)
$1500 bond for high risk events (refer to hire booklet for more information)
When hiring the sports grounds, the toilets/showers are included (they are accessible within the club rooms separately).

Please make sure you are aware of the latest Directions and restrictions that may be in place at the time of booking and hiring the facility. Located in Minters Fields Estate, the Polo Sports Grounds and Toilet/Shower Facilities offers the following:
• Men's toilets (1 urinal, 1 toilet, 2 showers)
• Women's toilets (2 toilets, 2 showers)
Outdoor equipped with 8 external power outlets (see Information for Hirers booklet for location of power outlets)
No line marking or pegs in turf without prior approval.

Rules
Smoking is not permitted in any Council Venue;
No muddy boots allowed in the toilets and showers;
All breakages must be reported to Council. An audit of all equipment will be made after your hire and you will be charged for anything broken;
The toilet and shower facilities must be returned to its original condition and all rubbish removed away from the premises;
No alcohol is to be consumed within the toilet and shower facilities or on the sports fields without first obtaining approval from Council;
As the Polo Club Rooms are surrounded by residential houses, respect must be shown at all times for appropriate behaviour and noise level;
No line-marking of the sports fields, unless you have previously obtained Council approval;
No scooters or roller blades allowed on the wooden deck;
When leaving the Polo Club Rooms' toilets/showers, check the external door is locked;
Parking is at the rear of the Polo Club Rooms; in the car park and/or on the road. Cars are not to be driven on the sports fields;
No pegs or poles to be driven into the sports fields without first consulting with Council (see site plan of where pegs or poles can be driven into the ground in front of the club rooms in the Information for Hirers booklet).
Additional details
Parking is at the rear of the Polo Club Rooms; in the car park and/or off road street parking. Cars are not to be driven on the sports fields.
The closest bus route is on Hurling Drive, approximately 2 kilometres from the Polo Club Rooms.
