About this space
The beautiful historic Macclesfield Institute is used by a number of local community organisations every week and is available for hire. The hall and the supper room with attached kitchen are available for hire either individually or as a whole.
The newly installed kitchen has an extensive inventory available as well as a microwave, fridge/freezer, 90cm electric oven and cooktop and an industrial dishwasher.
The hall is air-conditioned and includes tressel tables and chairs for up to 120 people. The supper-room is also air-conditioned and has tables and chairs for up to 40 people.

Rules
Arrangements for key collection and return to be determined on your Spacetoco booking application being accepted.
The keys are the responsibility of the hirer. Keys are not to be given to any other person.
No alcohol is to be consumed or sold on the premises without the appropriate liquor licence. Information can be obtained from http://www.cbs.sa.gov.au/licensing-and-registration/liquor/limited-licence/ . 2 copies of the licence must be handed to the Hall Manager as one must be forwarded to the Mount Barker Council. Please note that it is an offence to serve alcohol to any person under the age of 18 years.
No smoking is allowed in any part of the Institute.

Parking is generally street parking in front of the hall
There is limited (3-4 cars) parking down the side of the hall if requested.
Macclesfield has very limited public transportation.
