About this space
Located beside Chidlow Oval, the pavilion sits at the centre of local sports and community activity. Built in 1995, it features flexible function spaces suitable for meetings, social events, parties, and weddings. With scenic views of the surrounding natural landscape, it offers a welcoming setting for both community gatherings and private celebrations—bringing people together to enjoy sport, nature, and connection.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
📌Book the Inspection Space for a self-guided viewing of the Chidlow Pavilion. Request to meet with an officer onsite for the inspection by answering the booking questions (subject to officer availability).
HIGH-RISK EVENT INFORMATION
This venue is available to be hired for high-risk events (including 16th, 18th, and 21st birthday parties).
For high-risk events with alcohol, an alcohol permit must be completed and lodged at the time of booking. A $1000.00 SpaceProtect bond may be applied, along with other protective measures such as professional security services.

Decorations - You are welcome to decorate the pavilion for your event. Please note pins, tape, or anything that would damage the pavilion walls is not permitted. Blu Tack is OK and has to be completely removed at the end of the booking. You are responsible for leaving the facility as you found it, so all decorations must be removed.
Please no oil-based smoke machines inside or confetti, rice, or party poppers outside.

The Hirer is responsible for opening and securing the building.
The venue can only be accessed within the booked time. Your booking time must include set up and pack up time. All deliveries and collections to and from the venue must be during the booked time.
The Hirer does not have the right to hire the Premises to a third party.
The venue must be left in a clean and tidy state.
