Please note, the Samphire Room is reserved exclusively for business and organizational events. Social functions such as birthday parties, weddings and family gatherings, or religious activities are not permitted.

Rules
CREEC is not a serviced venue and set up and pack up of rooms and catering requirements must be undertaken by the hirer.
Use of Blutack, Post-it wall pads, adhesive tape and thumb tacks are not permitted on any walls, windows or any part of the room.
The hirer must ensure that all items brought into the venue are removed and the space is returned to its original condition (self-pack-up).
The facility cannot be accessed prior to the approved booking time, after the approved booking time or during or prior to the following day for any purpose, including for the purpose of cleaning up after the event or for the removal of equipment or personal items. Additional fees will be incurred if the hirer accesses the facility outside of the approved booking times.
Hirers are required to conduct all activities within the room that has been specifically booked by them.
The hirer is responsible for leaving the room in a clean and tidy condition. This includes sweeping the floors, mopping up any spillages, and ensuring that the kitchen and toilets are clean.
Please ensure all lights, air conditioning and minor appliances are turned off before leaving the venue.
All rubbish must be disposed of in the bins provided. Excess rubbish must be removed by the hirer.
Smoking is prohibited in any part of the premises and within 4 metres of all entrances to any building on the property.
No confetti, glitter or open flame candles to be used.
