The change rooms at Bruce Douglas Pavilion are suitable for sporting groups and school carnivals.
The changerooms have a home and away change room, and a separate umpire room. All with toilets and showers.
Toilets - Male and female toilets. Public toilets = 3 x female toilet, 1 x male + 1 urinal. Accessible externally and from inside the function room. Changerooms and umpires room have one toilet per changeroom.

The Hirer is responsible for opening and securing the building.
The venue can only be accessed within the booked time. Your booking time must include set up and pack up time. All deliveries and collections to and from the venue must be during the booked time.
The Hirer does not have the right to hire the Premises to a third party.
The venue must be left in a clean and tidy state.
