To ensure that everyone enjoys their time with us, and to ensure all hires run smoothly, we have established some space rules. These are designed to maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all guests. By adhering to these space rules, we can all ensure that your hire is a success and that future guests can also enjoy our facilities.

At the Oaklands Education Centre:

We are unable to host children's parties.
We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing alcohol, as alcohol is not allowed on the premises.
The sale of food and drink is not permitted.
Prior approval is required for amplified sound or amusement structures.
Smoke machines or artificial smoke are not to be used.
Please refrain from using nails, screws, sticky tape, or tacks to fix decorations on any hard surface.
Avoid the use of free-floating balloons, confetti, and rice.
Kindly maintain the venue's cleanliness and leave it as you found it.
Please remember to take your rubbish with you when you leave.
