About this space

Located within the former Mitcham Primary School, Room 6 is in the southern wing of the complex, it is a light filled space best used for Art and Craft/creative activities. Trestle tables, chairs, a whiteboard (bring own markers) is available, there is a small kitchenette in the room and access (short walk) to the centres shared main kitchen. This space is not suited or available for casual function hire. The historic Mitcham Community Centre is directly opposite the Civic Centre on Belair Road, and is well serviced by public transport, Mitcham train station, or bus on Belair or Grange Road. The Mitcham Square shopping Centre is across the road, with a wide range of cafes and shops.

The room suits us perfectly. Heather gave us an extensive tour before our first meeting and was available just across the road in case of any difficulties, of which there were none.
