The Algie Hall is a well equipped meeting, event and performance venue. With a meeting room for up to 30 that includes whiteboard and video presentation screen.
The auditorium has seating for 200 guests in theatre style or table dining for 180 seated and up to 300 guests standing.
Fully equiped commercial kitchen for 200 dining guests.

Furniture:Tables and chairs are included in the hire.

• Meeting Room: There are 8 rectangular tables and 24 chairs in the meeting room. The meeting room includes a wall mounted TV with HDMI connectivity.

• Auditorium: The main hall has 200 chairs, 16 x Rectangle Tables that seat 6 & 10 x Round table tops with tables to seat 8 to 10 and there is a chair trolley provided for easy manoeuvre.

• AV ​Equipment: The main hall includes a data projector, a back wall screen on stage, integrated audio, HDMI connectivity. A handheld wireless microphone ia available.

• Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a large prep area, oven, gas cooktop, fridge, hot water urn, canteen/servery window, cooking utensils and crockery, cutlery and glassware for 200. perfect for large functions that are fully catered.

• Heating/Cooling: There are four split systems in the main hall and one in the meeting room.

• Decorations: We encourage you to decorate the venue to add a personal touch for your function. Please ensure no decorations are fixed to the walls or ceiling using nails or hooks and that they can be easily removed at the end of your function.

• Jumping Castle/Animal Farms: Jumping Castles and Animal Farms/Petting Zoos are not permitted.

• Customer Inspections: If you would like to inspect the venue to ensure it meets your needs and expectations, please send an email to [email protected]. Please note, inspections are carried out between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday and may depend on venue and officer availability.

• Booking Exclusions: Please note the following items and services are not included at this venue:

Our AV and Lighting control box for audio and lighting, can be booked, it is located above auditorium entry doors.

A fixed ceiling projector can be added to your booking. The projector comes with HDMI & VGA cables. You must bring your own adaptors. The connection to the projector is via the stage end hall and the lighting box. There is also a sound system and 3 wired mics and one handheld wireless mic. These can be hired at checkout.
There is a tech and lighting control room. The lighting rig can be used (extra) and you will need to have ours or your own techie to manage it.
