About this space
Littlecroft Family & Community Centre offers a meeting room for hire. A bright, flexible space perfect for small group programs, training sessions, tutoring groups or corporate meetings.
The room measures 8.41 metres long by 3.3 metres wide, with a ceiling height of 2.6 metres, and can accommodate up to 20 people standing or 15 seated around tables. It features natural light, carpet flooring, and a welcoming atmosphere. It features a large TV for presentations, adult-sized tables and chairs, and a kitchenette with a tap for boiling and chilled water. The room is wheelchair accessible and provides a practical, comfortable setting for small community, educational, and training events.
Conveniently located at 51 The Strand, Narre Warren South VIC 3805, the centre offers onsite parking, easy public transport access, and is close to Casey Central Shopping Centre.

All attendees must follow the Conditions of Hire.
Be considerate of others by keeping noise to a minimum.
Access
Rooms must only be used between approved hire times.
Any space not booked is restricted during your hire including common areas.
All bookings must include time for set up, pack up and cleaning.
Safety & Capacity:
Follow Council emergency and evacuation procedures.
Children under 18 must remain in the room and be supervised.
Do not exceed the room’s maximum seated or standing capacity.
Alcohol
- No alcohol permitted.
Insurance
- Public liability insurance (PLI) of $20 million is required for all venue hires. Any third-party contractors you engage, such as caterers, entertainers, equipment suppliers, or other service providers involved in your event, must also provide PLI of $20 million.
