About this space
Littlecroft Family & Community Centre offers a large community room for hire, a bright and flexible space perfect for health and wellbeing programs, indoor sport and fitness activities, family and children’s programs, education sessions, community gatherings, meetings, and celebrations. The room measures 15.72 metres long by 9.29 metres wide with a high sloped ceiling height of 2.92 metres. The room accommodates up to 100 people standing or 75 seated around tables, with natural light, carpet and vinyl flooring, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
The room connects to a fully equipped kitchen, with a servery window, and includes a tap with boiling and chilled water, crockery, cutlery, glasses, mugs, and children’s plates, bowls, and cups. Other features include a large TV for presentations with an HDMI cable, adult and child-sized tables and chairs, a children’s bathroom within the room, and a secure outdoor yard with a sandpit, BBQ and outdoor seating. Limited storage is available for regular hirers, and the space is wheelchair accessible.
Conveniently located at 51 The Strand, Narre Warren South VIC 3805, the centre offers onsite parking, easy public transport access, and is close to local shops.

All attendees must follow the Conditions of Hire.
Be considerate of others by keeping noise to a minimum.
Access
Rooms must only be used between approved hire times.
Any space not booked is restricted during your hire including common areas.
All bookings must include time for set up, pack up and cleaning.
Safety & Capacity:
Follow Council emergency and evacuation procedures.
Children under 18 must remain in the room and be supervised.
Do not exceed the room’s maximum seated or standing capacity.
Alcohol
- No alcohol permitted.
Insurance
- Public liability insurance (PLI) of $20 million is required for all venue hires. Any third-party contractors you engage, such as caterers, entertainers, equipment suppliers, or other service providers involved in your event, must also provide PLI of $20 million.
