Applicants must be 18 years of age or over;
The Hirer is responsible for opening and securing the building.
The venue can only be accessed within the booked time. Your booking time must include set up and pack up time. All deliveries and collections to and from the venue must be during the booked time.
The Hirer does not have the right to hire the Premises to a third party.
The venue must be left in a clean and tidy state.

433 sealed car bays, 13 accessible car bays, a 30m x 15m gravel overflow parking area, and another 1000sqm gravel overflow parking area behind the Mundaring Oval Pavilion.
