Mundaring Pavilion
About this space
The Pavilion, built in 1987 on the former Showground site, is part of a larger recreation complex that includes an oval, arena, and basketball and netball courts. Overlooking Mundaring Oval and surrounded by the greenery of Mundaring Recreation Ground, the Pavilion’s standout feature is its picturesque location.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
📌Book the Inspection Space for a self-guided viewing of the Mundaring Pavilion. Request to meet with an officer onsite for the inspection by answering the booking questions (subject to officer availability).
📌 Hire of the Oval does not include the Pavilion. Please book separately.
📌 Seasonal sporting clubs operate regularly at these ovals and, as a result, casual hire is limited. Applications for organised sporting use/training which conflicts with seasonal sporting codes may be declined. Please see the Booking Schedule for available times.

Please no oil-based smoke machines inside or confetti, rice, or party poppers.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or over;
The Hirer is responsible for opening and securing the building.
The venue can only be accessed within the booked time. Your booking time must include set up and pack up time. All deliveries and collections to and from the venue must be during the booked time.
The Hirer does not have the right to hire the Premises to a third party.
The venue must be left in a clean and tidy state.
