The Hirer is responsible for opening and securing the building;
The venue can only be accessed within the booked time. Your booking time must include set up and pack up time. All deliveries and collections to and from the venue must be during the booked time;
The Hirer does not have the right to hire the Premises to a third party;
The venue must be left in a clean and tidy state.

The pavilion is fully accessible from the car park to the entry with an accessible internal fit-out. There is also an accessible ramp from the pavilion onto the oval.
