Lynbrook Community Centre offers a Training Room for hire. A versatile and functional space suitable for cooking activities, arts and craft sessions, workshops, and small group training. This room is ideal for community programs, creative classes, and hands-on learning experiences.
The Training Room can accommodate up to 15 people seated in theatre style or 10 people seated around tables. The space features tables and chairs, a TV with audiovisual capability, and a whiteboard — providing all the essentials for interactive and engaging sessions. The room also offers direct access to the centre’s commercial kitchen, available for hire at an additional cost, making it perfect for cooking demonstrations or food-based programs.
This space is ideal for group learning, creative projects, or community workshops, offering a practical and welcoming environment within the centre.

Conduct:
All attendees must follow the Conditions of Hire.
Be considerate of others by keeping noise to a minimum.
Access
Rooms must only be used between approved hire times.
Any space not booked is restricted during your hire including common areas.
All bookings must include time for set up, pack up and cleaning.
Safety & Capacity:
Follow Council emergency and evacuation procedures.
Children under 18 must remain in the room and be supervised.
Do not exceed the room’s maximum seated or standing capacity.
Alcohol
- No alcohol permitted.
Insurance
- Public liability insurance (PLI) of $20 million is required for all venue hires. Any third-party contractors you engage, such as caterers, entertainers, equipment suppliers, or other service providers involved in your event, must also provide PLI of $20 million.
