Lynbrook Community Centre offers a fully equipped Commercial Kitchen for hire. Ideal for cooking programs, community classes, catering preparation, and event support, this space is perfect for community groups, food businesses, and individuals needing access to a professional kitchen environment.
The kitchen can accommodate up to 8 people and features two gas ovens with burners, a stovetop, a large commercial fridge, a commercial dishwasher, a portable preparation bench, and a large pantry. Access to crockery and cutlery is included, and a servery roller door opens directly into Hall 1 for easy event catering.
With a divider door that opens directly into the Training Room for flexible use of both spaces, this kitchen offers a well-equipped, functional workspace designed to support cooking classes, food preparation, and community activities.
Conveniently located at Lynbrook Community Centre with on-site parking and easy public transport access, the centre provides a versatile venue for community, business, and event needs.

Conduct:
All attendees must follow the Conditions of Hire.
Be considerate of others by keeping noise to a minimum.
Access
Rooms must only be used between approved hire times.
Any space not booked is restricted during your hire including common areas.
All bookings must include time for set up, pack up and cleaning.
Safety & Capacity:
Follow Council emergency and evacuation procedures.
Children under 18 must remain in the room and be supervised.
Do not exceed the room’s maximum seated or standing capacity.
Alcohol
- No alcohol permitted.
Insurance
- Public liability insurance (PLI) of $20 million is required for all venue hires. Any third-party contractors you engage, such as caterers, entertainers, equipment suppliers, or other service providers involved in your event, must also provide PLI of $20 million.
