About this space
Lynbrook Community Centre offers Hall 2 for hire. A bright and versatile space suitable for playgroups, children’s tutoring classes, training sessions, fitness and craft classes, community group meetings, religious gatherings, and much more.
Hall 2 can accommodate up to 70 people seated theatre-style or 50 seated around tables. The space features a projector screen, audio equipment with an HDMI connection for laptops, tables and chairs, a whiteboard, and a kitchenette. Hall 2 can also be opened up to include Hall 1 for larger events.
This hall offers a practical, welcoming environment ideal for presentations, group activities, and community gatherings.
Conveniently located at Lynbrook Community Centre with on-site parking and easy public transport access, the centre provides a versatile venue for community, business, and recreational needs.

Rules
Conduct:
All attendees must follow the Conditions of Hire.
Be considerate of others by keeping noise to a minimum.
Access
Rooms must only be used between approved hire times.
Any space not booked is restricted during your hire including common areas.
All bookings must include time for set up, pack up and cleaning.
Safety & Capacity:
Follow Council emergency and evacuation procedures.
Children under 18 must remain in the room and be supervised.
Do not exceed the room’s maximum seated or standing capacity.
Alcohol
- Subject to approval and will require security.
Insurance
- Public liability insurance (PLI) of $20 million is required for all venue hires. Any third-party contractors you engage, such as caterers, entertainers, equipment suppliers, or other service providers involved in your event, must also provide PLI of $20 million.
