About this space
Lynbrook Community Centre offers two consultation rooms for hire. Bright, comfortable spaces suitable for counselling sessions, client meetings, or one-on-one support services. These rooms are perfect for allied health professionals, counsellors, and businesses.
Each room can accommodate up to 3 people and features a desk with dual monitors, an HDMI port for connecting a laptop, a whiteboard and seating, creating a practical and welcoming environment for focused discussions and professional consultations.
The rooms are ideal for private meetings, counselling, or small consultations, offering a relaxed and functional space within the centre.
Conveniently located at Lynbrook Community Centre with onsite parking and easy public transport access, the centre provides a versatile venue for professionals, community groups, and service organisations.

Rules
Conduct:
All attendees must follow the Conditions of Hire.
Be considerate of others by keeping noise to a minimum.
Access
Rooms must only be used between approved hire times.
Any space not booked is restricted during your hire including common areas.
All bookings must include time for set up, pack up and cleaning.
Safety & Capacity:
Follow Council emergency and evacuation procedures.
Children under 18 must remain in the room and be supervised.
Do not exceed the room’s maximum seated or standing capacity.
Alcohol
- No alcohol permitted.
Insurance
- Public liability insurance (PLI) of $20 million is required for all venue hires. Any third-party contractors you engage, such as caterers, entertainers, equipment suppliers, or other service providers involved in your event, must also provide PLI of $20 million.
