Booking Fee Info

If the booking is cancelled for any reason after being approved, the booking fee of 3.5% of the booking total (minimum $1/booking) is non-refundable.

This may include cancellations outside of the Hosts control (e.g. government lockdown). The total booking cost, including the booking fee, will be refunded if your booking is declined by the Host.
