About this space
Harper's Field Function room is designed to support a range of activities, group sessions, community meetings, and more. This room offers easy access to a dedicated play space through glass doors and also features a servery window into a commercial kitchen. A foldable wall allows the function room 1 to expand into function room 2, creating a larger hall.
We do not accept bookings within 7 days of the booking start date.

Rules
Please allow 7 days' notice for approval time and booking administration. Bookings submitted with less notice will not be approved.
15 minutes bump in and bump out time is allowed with all bookings.
You are responsible for setting up and packing up the venue. All furniture and equipment must be returned to the original location. All equipment or furniture must be moved safely and not dragged across the floors.
The venue is to be kept clean and tidy at all times and left in the original condition it was presented.
Rubbish and waste are to be disposed of appropriately using onsite bins. Any excess rubbish must be removed from the venue.
Noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times.
The community building is a 'dry' zone at all times.
Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside or within 10 meters of the entrance to the venue.
Any damage to property or equipment must be reported and may incur repair costs.
Additional details
Parking space is accessible from Golden Grove Road, Crouch Road (right next to the Stables Shopping Center), and One Tree Hill Road. Disability parking spaces available on site.
Closest Bus Stop is Stop 78B Golden Grove Rd - East side and West Side: Approximately a 4-minute walk from Harpers Field. Bus routes include 548, C2, C2X, J2, J2G and A01.
