SpacetoCo Host since January 2024A small but modern hall seats approximately 50 people. The Centre offers air-conditioned comfort and access to an up-to-date kitchen. Tables and chairs are provided, with the option of utilising a spacious lounge area. Additional meeting spaces are also available for community hire.
About this space
Hall is approximately 10 m x 10 m2 and will comfortably seat 50-60 people. Hire includes trestles, chairs, access to a fully functional kitchen and children's playground . Ample off road parking available. Bookings include access to kitchen if required.

Rules
Hirers will take part in an on-site induction with the Hub Coordinator prior to their date of hire.
For weekend hire, a bond up to $500 may be applied.
After use, all tables and chairs must be packed away into their original stacked state.
All rubbish must be discarded using the corresponding bins.
After use of the space, hirers must sweep and wipe down/ sanitise all tables.
All lights, air conditioning/ heating, televisions and utilities must be turned off before leaving.
