Harper's Field Community Hub (Wellbeing Hub)
Harper's Field Community Hub is a purpose-built space designed to support community connection and wellbeing. Conveniently located opposite The Stables Shopping Centre, the centre offers ample parking and easy access for all visitors. Building is neighboured by a playground and large green spaces, ensuring this is a fun and relaxing space for people of all ages.
Facilities available:
Common Kitchen- Located in the foyer area. Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits in a welcoming space. Hot plate, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, storage, microwave, pod coffee machine (bring your own pods), and microwave available.
Commercial kitchen is available for hire.
Amenities for Everyone- Female and Male toilets, accessible toilet, parent's room, and Changing Places facility (including wipes station, nappy disposal unit, change table, ceiling hoist, shower with a seat, accessible toilet, privacy screen).
Audiovisual equipment available including projectors in Function Room 1 and 2, Bluetooth audio, hearing assistance and a lectern.
100 chairs and 20 trestle tables are available on site.
15min bump in and 15 bump out time allowed with every booking.
While we are able to accommodate private hires on weekends, these are limited to the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Additionally, the venue cannot support multiple separate party hires occurring at the same time, so weekend bookings must include exclusive use of the entire centre.
We do not accept bookings within 7 days of the booking start date.

Rules
Council does not allow decorations, photos or posters to be taped, glued, blue-tacked or nailed to the walls or ceilings in any facility. Smoke machines are not allowed in the venue. All equipment must be removed from the venue by the completion of the booked hire time.
Please ensure you have read the full “conditions of hire – facilities” document to understand your requirements as a hirer.
You are responsible for setting up and packing up the venue. All furniture and equipment must be returned to the original location. All equipment or furniture must be moved safely and not dragged across the floors.
The venue is to be kept clean and tidy at all times and left in the original condition it was presented. Wipe down all surfaces – tables, benches, everything. Some cleaning materials will be provided.
Dispose of any rubbish in the on-site bins and take any extra rubbish with you.
Noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times.
Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside or within 10 meters of the entrance to the venue.
Any damage to property or equipment must be reported and may incur repair costs.
No pets or animals allowed unless a prior arrangement has been made.
All electrical equipment brought on site will need to be tested and tagged.
Bouncy castles and smoke machines are not permitted.

Parking space is accessible from Golden Grove Road, Crouch Road (right next to the Stables Shopping Center), and One Tree Hill Road. Disability parking spaces available on site.
Closest Bus Stop is Stop 78B Golden Grove Rd - East side and West Side: Approximately a 4-minute walk from Harpers Field. Bus routes include 548, C2, C2X, J2, J2G and A01.
