About this space
Built and funded by the Darlington Sports & Recreation Association WA Inc. in 2018, the Darlington Community Pavilion, when not in use by the sporting groups, can be hired by the public.
The pavilion is suitable for use as a meeting room and for small functions.
Located in the centre of Darlington the pavilion has a lovely outlook over Darlington Oval to the historic Darlington Hall and playground. It is also next to the Darlington Skatepark, Pump Track, and Community Garden.
Important Information
The venue can only be accessed within the times booked. Your booking time must include all set up and pack up which includes all deliveries and collections.
Any bookings finishing at midnight are allowed one hour for pack-up and cleaning free of charge until 1:00 am. All music needs to be turned off at midnight.
The Hirer is responsible for opening and securing the building.

Decorations
You are welcome to decorate the pavilion for your event. Please note pins, tape, or anything that would damage the pavilion walls is not permitted. Blu Tack is OK and has to be completely removed at the end of the booking.
You are responsible for leaving the facility as you found it, so all decorations must be removed.
Please no oil-based smoke machines inside or confetti, rice, or party poppers outside.
