Darlington Pavilion and Changerooms
About this space
Built and funded by the Darlington Sports & Recreation Association WA Inc. in 2018, the Darlington Community Pavilion, when not in use by the sporting groups, can be hired by the public. The Darlington pavilion overlooks Darlington Oval and is close to the hall, playground, skatepark, pump track, and community garden. It is suitable for meetings and small functions.
Book the Inspection Space for a self-guided viewing of the Darlington Pavilion. Request to meet with an officer onsite for the inspection by answering the booking questions (subject to officer availability).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Seasonal sporting clubs operate regularly at this Oval and adjoining Pavilion, and, as a result, casual hire may be limited. Please see the Booking Schedule for available times. Applications which conflict with seasonal sporting codes may be declined.
Hire of the Pavilion does not include the Oval. Please book the oval separately.
HIGHT-RISK EVENT INFORMATION
This venue is not available to be hired for high-risk events (including 16th, 18th, and 21st birthday parties).

Decorations - You are welcome to decorate the pavilion for your event. Please note pins, tape, Velcro tabs, Blu Tack or anything that would damage the pavilion walls is not permitted. You are responsible for leaving the facility as you found it, so all decorations must be removed. Please no oil-based smoke machines inside or confetti, rice, or party poppers outside.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or over;
The Hirer is responsible for opening and securing the building.
The venue can only be accessed within the booked time. Your booking time must include set up and pack up time. All deliveries and collections to and from the venue must be during the booked time.
The Hirer does not have the right to hire the Premises to a third party.
The venue must be left in a clean and tidy state.
