Hiring the oval was a easy nice process. I spoke with a lovely kind lady about organizing to pick up some keys to let the bouncy castle in to the oval and she sent me a confirmation email to be able to pick them up from the kwinana requatic. Once I arrived at the kwinana requatic they had no clue what key I needed and proceeded to check all there keys. They then gave me a remote to a patio that I did not hire and assured me it was for the Calista oval. I was very disappointed when I got to the oval to not have the correct key.
