Supper Room – The Supper Room offers a warm, versatile setting ideal for smaller events, meetings, and community group gatherings.

Comfortable space for up to 100 guests standing
30 chairs
10 round tables and 4 rectangle tables (available for use in the Main Hall or Supper room)
Split system heating and cooling for year-round comfort
Direct access to a well-appointed kitchen, featuring:
Wall oven, cooktop, microwave, pie warmer, urn, fridge
Cutlery and crockery
Generous bench space
Server window connecting directly to the Supper Room

Room size: 13.4 x 6 metres
Capacity: Up to 100 people
Kitchen & Facilities: The Supper Room is seamlessly integrated with the kitchen, making it ideal for catered meetings, club gatherings, or private celebrations.
Security Deposit & Conditions - A $200.00 security deposit is required prior to use. The facility will be inspected before and after your booking. The deposit will be refunded if the space is left in its original condition. If damage occurs and an insurance claim is necessary, the responsible party must cover the $1,000.00 insurance excess in addition to the deposit.
Booking Information - We aim to respond to booking requests within two business days, provided all required information has been submitted.

Rules
Room Clean-Up Responsibilities - Hirers must leave the meeting room in a clean and orderly state. This includes:
· Wiping down tables and benches
· Returning all furniture to its original arrangement
· Ensuring all Council-owned equipment remains in the room
· Removing all waste from the premises before departure
Prohibited Activities - Please note that alcohol, smoking, vaping and the use of naked flames including candles, inflatable devices such as jumping castles are strictly prohibited within this facility.

There is free onsite and street parking available. Hall is accessible by local bus public transport at Lesters Rd/Bungaree Wallace Rd bus stop.
