  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or over;

  • The Hirer is responsible for opening and securing the building.

  • The venue can only be accessed within the booked time. Your booking time must include set up and pack up time. All deliveries and collections to and from the venue must be during the booked time.

  • The Hirer does not have the right to hire the Premises to a third party.

  • The venue must be left in a clean and tidy state.

  • Requests for Amusements, Bouncy Castles and Inflatables must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the booking date. Requests made within 7 business days of the booking will not be accepted.

  • Private Amusements, Bouncy Castles and Inflatables are not permitted at any Shire of Mundaring venue.

Additional details

Host's Cancellation Policy
100% refund on cancellations up until 14 days before your booking. After that, there are no refunds on cancellation.

  • Two sealed accessible car bays

  • 65 sealed car bays at the front of the building

  • One sealed accessible car bay and 19 sealed car bays to the north of the building

  • Ample verge parking along Clayton Road
