A flexible dual-room option perfect for large-scale presentations, community groups, workshops, and breakout sessions.

Combined Capacity:

• Accommodates up to 150 people (presentation-style setup)

Furniture & Layout:

• Total of 14 rectangular tables and 80 chairs

• All furniture can be relocated to the storeroom upon request to allow for custom configurations or open-floor use

• Rooms can be used independently or together, depending on needs

Technology Features (in each room):

• Projector with HDMI connection point

• Large projection screen for clear and professional visuals

• HDMI cable available upon request (must be returned at the end of the booking)

Ideal Uses:

• Larger community forums

• Multi-room workshops or training sessions

• Presentations with separate networking or catering areas

Security Deposit & Conditions - A $200.00 security deposit is required prior to use. The facility will be inspected before and after your booking. The deposit will be refunded if the space is left in its original condition. If damage occurs and an insurance claim is necessary, the responsible party must cover the $1,000.00 insurance excess in addition to the deposit.

Booking Notice - All room bookings require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice to ensure availability and proper coordination.

Booking Information - We aim to respond to booking requests within two business days, provided all required information has been submitted.
