The Cottage is a beautiful heritage cottage with a lovely atmosphere. It has a medium sized room (the Maitland Room), a smaller room (the Swinnerton Room) and a multi purpose kitchen space opening on to an alfresco area. The rooms can be hired separately or together. The Cottage is often used for meetings and smaller gatherings. The separate rooms may be hired individually or in various combinations.

No parties for 15-19 year olds inclusive.
Partysafe: If the event is for a party for ages 13 - 14 years and 19 - 22 years, you must register your party with the Victorian Police through completing a Police Partysafe Form. The Partysafe form can be downloaded from VICTORIA POLICE , then search for Partysafe. Then post the completed form to: Boroondara Crime desk, Boroondara Police Station, 34 Harp Road, Kew, 3101.
Liquor can only be served up until 10:30pm and must not be served under any circumstances to persons under the age of 18.
Failure to comply may result in a partial or full deduction from your bond.
