Conveniently located near the Modbury Interchange and Tea Tree Plaza, this venue is nestled amongst beautiful gum trees. This little gem is perfect for small events or birthday parties. Access to a kitchen, 70 chairs and 12 trestles makes catering a breeze.
Kitchen includes fridge, electric stove and microwave.
15min bump in and 15 bump out time allowed with every booking
We do not accept bookings within 7 days of the booking start date.
Bond: a $500.00 bond is required for the following event types:

Rules
Council does not allow decorations, photos or posters to be taped, glued, blue-tacked or nailed to the walls or ceilings in any facility. All equipment must be removed from the venue by the completion of the booked hire time.
You must not exceed the capacity limit set for the space.
Additional cleaning, damage costs and after-hours call-out fees (where you are at fault) will be deducted from the bond.
Please ensure you have read the full “conditions of hire – facilities” document to understand your requirements as a hirer.
You’re responsible for setting up and packing up the venue – make sure your booking time includes both. When you're done, all furniture and equipment need to go back where you found it.
Keep the place clean and tidy and leave it as you found it. Wipe down all surfaces – tables, benches, everything. Some cleaning materials will be provided.
Dispose of any rubbish in the on-site bins and take any extra rubbish with you.
Smoking is not allowed indoors or within 10 metres of the entrance.
No pets or animals allowed unless a prior arrangement has been made.
All electrical equipment brought on site will need to be tested and tagged.
Noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times.
Smoke machines are not allowed in the venue.
