About this space

On the Southampton Street side, the park now features a dual toilet, off-street carparking and an upgraded playground, which has been designed to complement the playcentre’s new facility that is currently being built. The playground reflects our district’s agriculture sector with its custom stock truck, the farm scene and cow rocker. It also recognises the Stortford Lodge saleyards which have been in operation for 120 years. For more information, please visit the St Leonards Park playground project page.

Home to the Western Rangers Football Club, it is a popular football venue in winter, while in summer fields are marked for summer football. Sportfields are accessed via Francis Hicks Avenue.
