The Bull Creek Community Centre offers venues for hire located at corner Hassell Crescent and Leichhardt Street, Bull Creek.
Room 1 (pictured) is suitable for a range of events, including, dance or yoga classes, workshops, and training programs. The room has reverse cycle air conditioning, wall mounted projector screen, tables, chairs, toilets, and access to an enclosed outdoor courtyard with play equipment.
There is a fully equipped commercial kitchen which includes a full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove, gas and electric oven and hot water urn. The Centre has access to an accessible toilet with baby change table.

Please note: Hirers are responsible for maintaining a Covid 19 contact register for the period of their booking. Patrons are encouraged to use the SafeWa app which allows you to scan the Centres QR code, for those who are unable to access the app you will need to complete a hard copy register list. A copy of this list must be forwarded to the City of Melville. If the SafeWA app is solely used, then no further action is required after the booking. *These requirements may change at any point in time.

Rules
Booking applications: require a minimum of two weeks for processing and therefore no bookings will commence less than two weeks from the date the application is submitted.
Hire period: set up and clean up must be done within the time of your hire period, not outside of the booking time. There is a minimum one hour hire time.
Cleaning: the hirer is responsible for the set up and clean up of the venue hired. Hirers must bring their own cleaning products.
Liquor: a liquor consumption licence is required to consume alcohol at Bull Creek. This licence must be purchased in-person at least one week prior to the event from the City of Melville Civic Centre.
Security: Hirers must collect the venue key from Blue Gum Community Centre at a pre-arranged time during the week (Tuesday to Thursday 8.30-3.30pm) prior to the function date. The hirer will be given a key and alarm code for the building hired as well as the Hirer’s Information Booklet. It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure that they read the Hirer’s Information Booklet which gives details on alarms activation, location of toilets, lights, emergency evacuation maps etc. Penalties may apply if security personnel are called out.. Keys must be returned promptly after the function – keys not returned will be charged for.
Please note: the Centre is not available for hire for parties and private functions.
