Although the room seats 15, there were chairs only for 8 in both July and June. There is nowhere that extra chairs can be accessed. Why are there not the correct number of chairs?

Key card was not programmed so couldn't open door. Called security to open for us which they did. Our program was delayed by 30 min due to this.

On arrival for our meeting on 28th. September, we found there were no tables in meeting room 1. This was most inconvenient as we had both laptops and projector. Luckily the kitchen was unlocked, so we were able to have afternoon tea.
