Meeting Room

Bookings must be made through the SpacetoCo portal and all fees paid on time. Please note your booking may incur a bond of up to $1,000.

Users must provide responsible supervision of all attendees, including children.

The facility must be left clean, tidy, and with all furniture/equipment returned to its original position.

Any damage must be reported immediately, and users may be charged for repairs.

Smoking, illegal activities, excessive noise, open flames, and subletting are prohibited without written approval.

All participants must follow safety rules, and exits and fire equipment must remain accessible.

Alcohol is only permitted with prior written approval and, if required, an appropriate liquor licence.

Users must behave respectfully and lawfully; the operator may remove individuals or cancel events for misconduct.

Users are responsible for their own property and agree to indemnify the operator except in cases of operator negligence.

Bookings may be cancelled by the operator for breaches, safety issues, or maintenance needs.
