No Access instructions were provided. The site was locked and I had to cancel my training.

Hi Rachel, my apologies, I have been off sick with the flu for the last 10 days and I am shortstaffed at present so we dont have anyone to provide back up. Unfortunately bookings through the Spacetoco site are difficult in terms of communication as they dont offer the opportunity to email customers seperately with instructions for access. I hope you got a refund for the booking from Spacetoco? if not please let me know and I will get it arranged for you.
