Paul was great to deal with and got back to me every time I needed clarification on something. We were allowed to pop in earlier than the time of the booking to drop off hire furniture which was helpful. Unfortunately the venue was a mess when we arrived. It was full of mis matched and run down furniture, the floor was filthy and the kitchen facilities were too. It took us an hour to clean the place before we could begin setting up and decorating for the event. I was really disappointed about that.
