The Marion Outdoor Pool Meeting Room provides a versatile environment flooded with natural light streaming in from four large windows, overlooking the carpark and Hendrie Street reserve. This intimate space is perfectly suited for small conferences, meetings, and workshops, accommodating up to 20 individuals comfortably.
With three customizable setups available, including boardroom style for 16, U-shape for 12, and workshop configuration for the maximum capacity of 20, the room ensures flexibility to meet various event needs. Essential amenities such as Internet access, a whiteboard, and a large digital TV display are provided, facilitating seamless presentations and discussions.
Moreover, the meeting room features a convenient kitchenette equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and coffee and tea making facilities, allowing attendees to refresh and recharge during breaks. Please refrain from organising external catering as this is not permitted.
We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing your own alcohol; as alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
Kindly maintain the venue's cleanliness and leave it as you found it.

Onsite car parking is available. The closest bus stop, Stop 22 Hendrie Street, is a mere 5-minute stroll westward from the facility. You can catch buses on routes 241, 248F, and M44 from there. For those preferring the train, the Seaford line's Marion Station is a leisurely 19-minute walk away, while Woodlands Park station awaits a 30-minute stroll.
