About this space
The Palmerston Recreation Centre stadium features two full-sized, air-conditioned indoor sports courts, each measuring 15m x 28m. Designed for versatility, the stadium supports a range of sports including basketball, badminton, netball, and volleyball, with equipment such as nets and posts available for hire (please note: balls and racquets are not included). The space also includes 100 chairs, making it suitable for sporting events, competitions and tournaments, With its modern facilities and flexible layout, the stadium is an ideal venue for both recreational and organised sporting activities.
To allow for scheduling and access arrangements,bookings require 48 hours’ notice.
Please note badminton can only be played on Court 1 due to equipment and line marking requirements

No stiletto heels permitted on the courts
Please note badminton can only be played on Court 1 due to equipment and line marking requirements
Pickleball currently has no line markings, should you wish to play pickle ball using badminton line markings this can be done on Court 1 only No food allowed inside the stadium
Only water is permitted (no other drinks)
No chewing gum
Booking times must be strictly adhered to
