Hi our booking was great, we just need the cubicle window to the kitchen from the vines room to be open so we can serve food through the window.

Thank you for your message. No problem at all. We didn't realise you needed access to serve refreshments via the ktichen hatch. A key for the hatch roller shutter will be put into your folder, for your collection. Please add it to the key ring provided. Thank you.
