Kitchen was in need of a good clean & old fat was still in all fryers so the smell was very unpleasant. Family spent several hours cleaning the kitchen & pavilion while opening all doors & windows were possible to get fresh air. The place was much cleaner when we finished the hire after having my Fathers Funeral Service there. Very disappointed that the carpet appears to be very stained & not sure...
