Activity went splendidly. This room was used for short notice speech preparation. While we were able to manage on the larger tables provided, five or six small one person tables would have supported this activity better. i did not think to request small tables. I don't know if these are available.

At the moment, we don't offer small, one-person tables in our setup. However, we’re always open to suggestions and will certainly take this into consideration for future enhancements.

Small room for meetings with view to outside courtyard. We have about 12 people around a table and that fits well.

The space is regularly used by our small group and the room set up suits our meeting size. Picking up the 'pass key' and leaving in the drop box is much more convenient than the previous system of a physical key. It's not possible to link a non-PC device to the monitor but the MPCC wifi works well enough to use for video calls. The venue and staff would rate 5 stars but unfortunately, one of the chairs collapsed and the person sitting on it fell backwards and almost into the glass wall behind him.
