Community meeting room for hire in Tauranga

Our community meeting room at Te Puna Hall is a modern, private, and inviting space. It seats 20 comfortably and has two large wooden tables and a kitchenette for teas and coffees. Our beautiful tables are made from the wood from our original 1922 heritage hall!

The meeting room is ideal for:

Food & Drink
The meeting room space hire comes with a kitchenette for basic food prep and serving.
There is basic crockery and cutlery but we recommend you bring your own if you need a large number. You need to bring your own coffee, tea, milk supplies. The kitchenette has a small fridge, microwave, sink, and hot water boiler. You must leave the meeting room and kitchenette how you found it. You must remove your rubbish.

Alcohol
You can serve alcohol and BYO, however, you will need a licence to sell alcohol.

Access

The whole venue is wheelchair accessible, including disabled toilets and lift access to the stage.

Location

The hall is in the centre of Te Puna village. Nearby is Nourish Cafe, Te Puna Deli, and the White House Restaurant. We're just 10 mins drive into Tauranga and 30 mins from Papamoa beach. We are 18 mins drive from Tauranga Airport.
