There were difficulties when I went to collect the swipe card and alarm code on the Wednesday before our booked day Saturday. Lisa was away on leave and unfortunately she had not left any details of our booking and there was no one in the Matamata office who had the authority to set up the card and code for us. We are sorry that you had difficulties when collecting the swipe card and alarm code on the day of the event. We have since been able to resolve the situation and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We would like to remind our guests that bringing your own toilet paper is always a good idea.

Perfect venue for our requirements. Easy access now without having to key in code etc. Kitchen facilities and toilets very clean and tidy.
