Apopo's Studio is a large, versatile photographic studio space located in the heart of Manurewa. The studio can be divided into two smaller studio spaces to accommodate a range of photographic needs. With high ceilings, expansive floor space, and an option for natural light. The Studio provides an ideal setting for professional photoshoots, ranging from fashion and portraiture to product and lifestyle photography. The space can also be rented out for events, workshops, and exhibitions, making it a dynamic multipurpose venue. Book this wonderful studio space for your next creative workshop, project or course!

Rules
For commercial hirers, there is a weeknight and weekend surcharge that is automatically added to your booking. This is to help ensure access for our community users. All hirage fees help support community access to our facilities and events.
You are welcome to decorate Apopo Studios for your shoot, workshop, event or exhibition. Please note the space you've hired must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Talk to us about our cleaning options if you don't fancy cleaning up yourself. It's fine to use an external event hire company if you want to bring your own furniture, table cloths, drapes etc. All decorations, props and anything else you have brought in for your shoot, workshop, event or exhibition must be removed by the end of your booking. If required, we have a limited amount of temporary storage available for an additional fee. Please make sure your booking includes the time you need to set up, pack down and clean as the Studio may be used directly before or after you.

No naked flames
If you trigger a false fire alarm, you may be charged an additional fee if the fire service are called.
Additional details
Best parking is in the Southmall Carpark (note the 3-hour time limit), and it's FREE! Temporary parking for loading in/out available in the carpark at the rear of the building. Apopo Studios is easily accessible by bus and train, both within a 5 minute walk from the venue.
