About this space
Lynbrook Family and Community Centre offers a medium-sized community room for hire. A bright, flexible space perfect for health and wellbeing programs, meetings, family and children’s activities, education sessions, and celebrations. The room measures 13.5 metres long by 9.94 metres wide, with a sloping ceiling height of 2.4–3.88 metres, and can accommodate up to 70 people seated theatre-style or standing, or 40 people seated around tables, with natural light, carpet and vinyl flooring, and a relaxed atmosphere.
It includes a fully equipped kitchen at no extra charge, with crockery, cutlery, glasses, mugs, and children’s plates, bowls, and cups. Room features include a large TV with an HDMI cable, adult and child-sized tables and chairs, and a secure outdoor yard with a sandpit. Heating and cooling split systems, and the room is wheelchair accessible.
Conveniently located at 25 River Redgum Place, Lynbrook VIC 3975, close to Panjo Paterson Park and Lake, with onsite parking and easy public transport access.

All attendees must follow the Conditions of Hire.
Be considerate of others by keeping noise to a minimum.
Access
Rooms must only be used between approved hire times.
Any space not booked is restricted during your hire including common areas.
All bookings must include time for set up, pack up and cleaning.
Safety & Capacity:
Follow Council emergency and evacuation procedures.
Children under 18 must remain in the room and be supervised.
Do not exceed the room’s maximum seated or standing capacity.
Alcohol
- No alcohol permitted.
Insurance
- Public liability insurance (PLI) of $20 million is required for all venue hires. Any third-party contractors you engage, such as caterers, entertainers, equipment suppliers, or other service providers involved in your event, must also provide PLI of $20 million.
