Barrack Reserve is located in the centre of Heathcote, Victoria’s Heartland. Home to 3500 people, 60 vineyards and multiple wineries, Heathcote is an emerging destination for food, wine and outdoor adventure, especially rail trail cycling. We are 90 minutes’ drive from Melbourne and 40 minutes from Bendigo, including the airport.
About this space
A large space with polished floorboards
The McIvor Room is full of natural light, year round. It can be used for sit-down training (120 pax), or functions (120 pax). Stand up functions can hold 200+ pax. Equipment, including tables and chairs are available (see the storage area). Local community groups can store equipment in this room.
The McIvor Room opens onto decking, which overlooks the netball court. Further parking is available nearby, accessed from Chauncey Street.
**Commercial kitchen
**Our commercial kitchen can help you prepare a variety of cold and hot foods. We encourage the preparation of hot food off site, with re-heating in the oven. Food and beverages are served through two windows, one interior (McIvor Room) and the other outside (kiosk).

Rules
We do not take bookings for 18th or 21st birthdays.
Administration fee is mandatory and automatically applied at checkout.
Users are to leave the stadium and rooms tidy after use. Cleaning fee is for cleaning not tidying or removal of rubbish.
Additional cleaning fees of $50 per hour will be charged if the facility is not left clean & tidy.
Please ensure all doors are locked after use and on leaving the facility.
NB. There will be penalty charges for lights or heaters left on, or the facility is not locked.
Flammable materials are not to be stored in cages or cupboards.
A liquor licence is needed to operate the bar. The local Cricket Club/Football Netball Club may be able to assist you in this matter.
Patrons must adhere to the Responsible Service of Alcohol Regulations.
